CoCreative Healing I believe that as you are reading this now, there's a reason for it. Everything "miraculously" converged just-so, so that you would find your eyes resting on this page, reading these words, at this moment. Of all the myriad words you could be reading, you are reading these. Of all the moments that could have brought this information to you, this is the one. I trust that you will find the whisperings of Divine Confirmation here, and it will lead you into the bold trust that is required of us all, in this time of profound change. Many of us know that if we don't commit to finding ways to actively heal this planet, the future will be bleak. And I'll be the first to admit that while my work with releasing attachment has been very effective in certain areas, I'm still pretty attached to the continuation of human - and animal - life on earth. And the life of the planet itself. Reduce, reuse, recycle only goes so far. It's time for us all to step into the creation of radical, substantial change. And the technology I'm about to introduce you to is one way to take that on. Not only that, it's a beautiful experience to undertake. I've been experimenting with a new technology. I'm calling it the CoCreative Healing Process. (If you want to hear more about how this came about, stay tuned for a link to my blog where I will tell the story.) I say new, but really this technology is as old as humankind. The format is indeed new, though, as is the aim. Drastic times call for drastic measures. Messages from The Divine Some of you are aware that I have had a very intense year or so. It's been deep and dark, as well as high and enlightening. My life has grown bigger than ever before, and I have come to a place where I am clear on the idea that there is nothing that is more essential to my well-being than that I surrender to the rapid changes that the Divine offers. That lesson did not come easily, and I have surrendered a lot to this dawning comprehension. And I am sure that overtime I will surrender more. (May all the required sacrifices be willing ones.) In getting to this awareness, I have released a lot, and also had opportunity after opportunity to open myself to the possibility of it all. I have had to adjust to surrender where "will-fullness" would have been a more natural response. The premise is this; healing is possible. We do it all the time. Our bodies are wired to heal themselves. Our bodies often heal effortlessly and unconsciously. Our bodies KNOW how to do this. However, sometimes things get in the way of our healing. Limiting beliefs, expectations, conditioning, the accumulation of toxins - whether literal or figurative. CoCreative Healing offers us a chance to move through and release those blocks to healing, instantly and essentially. It removes any need to re-traumatize, to reactivate injuries, to search for "root causes." CoCreative Healing offers a simple and comprehensive path to wellness. And not just your wellness, as an individual. The Body/Planet Link Denial of our humanness, our humanity, is a (perhaps THE) root cause of our fragmented and disconnected relationship with this amazing, living Earth. Our ability to ignore the needs of the planet and our bodies are one and the same. This planet is our home (just as our bodies are our home), and the Earth is MORE THAN our home, just as our bodies are more than just a vehicle animated by some ethereal entity we call spirit. The planet and our bodies have layer upon layer of inextricable interrelation. In the words falsely attributed to Chief Seattle (yet no less relevant than they would have been coming from his mouth), "What man does to the earth, man does to the children of earth." When we poison the water, we poison our selves. What toxins we pump into the air, we are pumping directly into our own blood, via our lungs which were designed by evolution or by some "grand plan", (in my opinion the how is not as relevant as the fact that IT IS SO) as part of an integrated and sophisticated whole. Yes, an integrated and sophisticated whole. Again, this whole extends beyond YOU and your body. An Integrated and Sophisticated Whole On another level, there is no separation. We are part of the earth, part of the solar system, part of the universe. No part exists as an island, a whole unto itself. A system unto itself, yes, but that system is made up of other systems, and in turn is a subsystem of larger systems. A tree is a tree, but is not a tree without its bark, its leaves, it's roots. The leaves create a system, but each leaf is a system. And within that leaf is systems. That same tree can be impacted by the well-being or lack thereof of other trees in the forest. It can't survive if the water it depends on dries up, so it is dependent upon the water system. However, the water system is also dependent upon the health of the trees in the watershed. The trees use the water, but they also draw water to them in the Round River. We are like trees. The system you think of as your body is made up of many subsystems - your cardiovascular system, your respiratory system, and in turn is part of other supersystems. In science, this is called systems theory.(1) Systems theory has been applied to dynamics in human interaction, physiological systems, organizations and societies and in many other arenas. CoCreative Healing is a way to apply this theory as a healing modality. This Body of Earth; The Planet Healing Aspect Our bodies do not end at our skin. Just as our poisoning of ourselves is also poisoning of the planet, healing ourselves is healing the planet. This is easily understood when looking at human interaction; if someone is rude to me, I can choose to be rude back, or I can choose to be kind. If I am kind in response, this has the potential of bringing the person who initially interacted with me in a rude way into their own kindness. Even if I don't see the result of that act, it is very likely that that persons following interactions will be more mindful, or at least kinder. If I were to act rudely in response, the chances of that person continuing on in rudeness and frustration are likely to be higher. It may be a small influence, but my choice to interact in kindness is very likely to have brought more kindness to the planet. Even if we take it a step back from there, if I react in rudeness, does that feel good to me? No, it doesn't. "Holding anger is a poison. It eats you from the inside. We think that hating is a weapon that attacks the person who harmed us. But hatred is a curved blade. And the harm we do, we do to ourselves." -Mitch Albom, The Five People You Meet in Heaven Anything we do to or for ourselves, we do to or for the system. And everything we do to or for the system is not effective and sustainable unless it starts from the system that is each of us. Assuming we can heal our bodies, we can also heal the planet, the cosmos, the all that is. There is no "out there." We are all part of one thing. Whatever name you call it by, and whether you base the explanation in science, metaphysics or mythology (or a combination of the three), we are beginning to understand that everything is interconnected, if not interrelated. Call it sympathetic or "seed" magick, call it quantum nonlocal entanglement, call it faith healing, call it faith...what ever you call it, rest assured that we already ARE being part of the problem, or being part of the solution. Which are you? Heal yourself, heal the planet. Choices that come from a health-inspired space are choices that are more sound for the whole. Eating organic leads to healthier bodies and a healthier planet. CoCreative Healing just takes that process to a new level. We can learn to use our bodies as conscious conduits for healing of the planet Itself. Even the ozone, and the cosmos. And just as we can heal ourselves body, mind and spirit, we can become a cocreative part of the healing of The All That Is on all levels too. Not only can, but as we heal, we DO.
